Cancellation policy:

• Cancelling at least 48 hours before the lesson start time qualifies for a rescheduled lesson.
• Lessons cancelled less than 48 hours before will be fully charged and will not be compensated.
• All payments are nonrefundable.
• Changes and cancellations for customized training must be done two weeks before.
